Customized membership:

Our most popular membership includes the following:

  • Personalized workout programs written for you by our experienced program design team

  • Weekly personal training sessions with a coach in a small-group setting

  • Unlimited access to open gym to perform your workout program on your own at any time

  • Unlimited group exercise classes

  • Consistent check-ins with your accountability coach

Group Membership:

Our group membership includes the following:

  • Initial on-boarding with our foundations program and 2 personal training sessions in a small-group setting

  • Unlimited group exercise classes

  • Opportunities to use class programming during open gym hours or purchase individualized programs on an a la carte basis
