OUTDOOR CLASSES!
While our physical space remains closed due to the pandemic, we are offering outdoor classes to those of you who are local! Our outdoor classes are held at Edward L Leathers Park.
What to Expect:
Outdoor classes are 45 minutes long and will be strength training focused with some cardio at the end.
Equipment (dumbbells and/or kettlebells) will be provided.
We ask that you bring your own mat or towel, especially if you’re sensitive to the grass.
We recommend bringing a full water bottle.
You MUST wear a mask throughout the workout. While there is plenty of space to spread out at least 6 feet apart, we want to do everything in our power to eliminate the spread of the virus and keep you and our team safe!
If you need to take your mask off to catch your breath or towel off, we just ask that you step away from the group momentarily while you do so!
Right now our virtual and outdoor classes are interchangeable, so if you buy a pack you can use them exclusively for outdoor, or you can do a combination of virtual and outdoor! We did this to provide as much flexibility as possible during this challenging time!
Terms of service: There is a 6-hour cancellation window where you can cancel without penalty and the class will be returned to your account. If you cancel within 6 hours of the class, you will lose that class, but will not be charged an additional penalty.
