Our distance coaching program is for anyone who lives outside of the greater Boston area but would still like to train with an Achieve coach! The program includes the following:
- An initial movement assessment and goals evaluation.
- One four-week individualized training program (ranging anywhere from 2-4 days per week, depending on your preference.)
- One 45-60 minute skype video call to explain the program and go over any new exercises.
- Weekly support. At the end of each week you can send in videos for form review and ask any questions that came up throughout the week!
