Meet the Owners:
Jason and Lauren Pak
Jason and Lauren opened Achieve Fitness in 2012 after realizing that there were not enough gyms out there who truly cared about their members' success. Their mission is to create a better life experience for as many people as they can, and they are laser-focused on making a positive impact on the world. When they’re not working with their team or coaching their members, they can be found spending time with their dog, Diesel, playing football, or relaxing on the beach in Cape Cod. They are grateful everyday for the opportunity they have to fulfill their vision.

Meet the coaches
Michaela Mazure, Coach, Program Designer
Michaela began at Achieve as an intern back in June, and came on board as a coach at the beginning of September. She loves to make other people smile, and it is her goal to help everyone feel welcome and confident both inside and outside Achieve. When she’s not at gym, Michaela can be found studying nutrition at BU, playing sports with friends, or in the kitchen trying out new recipes!

Ariel Wahl, Coach
Ariel, with a passion for all things fitness and wellness related and on a constant quest to find new fitness friends, found Achieve in 2017. She likes to help people build confidence in and outside the gym and help all members find the fun in their training- no matter the mode they choose. When not coaching you can find Ariel training for her next fitness venture, on the yoga mat or making shakes!

Gina Berrettoni, Coach
Gina is a 2011 graduate of Bay State College's Physical Therapist Assistant program, and also a Certified Kinesiotape Practitioner. In the last 3 years as a member of Achieve, she has been involved in powerlifting, and has run multiple 5ks, half marathons, and Reach the Beach Relays. She enjoys helping people get back to activity after injury, as well as helping people reach goals that they have set for themselves!
Gina's professional certifications include: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, PT Assistant, Certified Kinesiotape Practitioner
Haley Harrison, Coach
Haley has been a coach at Achieve since the fall of 2017. Her fascination with the human movement system drives her passion for helping people meet their goals and achieve what they don't think they are capable of, in health, fitness, and rehabilitation. When she is not in the gym, she is busy earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, working with adaptive athletes, or hiking/skiing in the mountains.
Haley's professional certifications include: NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), FMS, SFG, Kripalu Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT)
Nick Forgione, Coach
Nick is currently enrolled at Framingham State University in the Food and Nutrition Masters Program. Nick believes that health can be achieved with a solid nutrition and fitness protocol and it is his goal to help individuals optimize both. Outside of the gym, Nick enjoys being outdoors with his dog Willow, hiking, traveling and trying new restaurants around the city.

Hannah Cravotta-Crouch, Head of Operations
Hannah loves to meet new people and learn their stories. You can usually find her behind the desk ready to answer your questions and bring a positive attitude to your day! Hannah is basically a Puma sponsored athlete (or at least she should be). When she’s not at the gym she likes traveling, watching soccer and listening to Taylor Swift.
